Commissioned by CADW this 8 meter tall sculpture, titled 'Talaith Llewelyn ( Llewelyn's coronet ) was originally installed in the depths of the prison tower of Conwy castle. Depicting a tower of battle armoury, inspired by the many battles between the Welsh and the forces of Edward the 1st, with Llewelyn's coronet resting on a sword at the top, the sculpture was relocated in March 2017 from the prison tower into the south west tower of the castle.
